Not that it matters, at this point, but what type of airplane was Ted trying to hand prop?

I have two chest reserve rides. #1 26' navy conical unmodified. It oscillated smoothly, and I touched down in an up-swing, almost a standup landing. #2 same canopy with the 4-line release added. Smooth soft standup landing in a lady's front yard.

Who is going to see the reserve canopy ?

Made a lot of jumps with these fine folks back in the late 60's early 70's. Both at the DZ in Dickenson and then in Hitchcock, TX.
