CarpeDiem3 0 #26 November 5, 2012 It's hard to believe that something painted olive drab could be so beautiful.
377 21 #27 November 7, 2012 A GREAT DC 3. Made many jumps from her. Sure glad to see she is still flying. 3772018 marks half a century as a skydiver. Trained by the late Perry Stevens D-51 in 1968.

RoBoTeq 0 #30 May 9, 2021 (edited) A bit late to the party, but I jumped the Southern Cross in Chambersburg and Z-Hills when George and Betty owned those dropzones. Also made 75 jumps from their AN-2 Colt, but we're not supposed to talk about that. Edited May 9, 2021 by RoBoTeq

faller 26 #32 August 4, 2021 The DC-3 is still my favorite plane I’ve jumped from. There’s just something about them, beautiful classic lines, the big nasty looking engines, spitting fire at sunset and a stand-up cabin,(for most). Love the sounds, the smooth flight characteristics, easy to float or hang out the door from and exit speeds.
