The MiniCam Helmet, extreme sports helmet cam system of the future, is here today! The helmet is specially designed for hands free video, without the weight and bulk of the video recorder on the head! The Digital Video Recorder Pak (recorder sold separately) or Hi8 Video Recorder Pak is carried on the chest, in a backpack or even in a vehicle! The helmet has a built in high quality MiniCam video lens with microphone and a single video/audio/aux/power output cable to connect to any NTSC video recorder. Once the power cable is plugged into the 12 volt battery, the MiniCam Helmet will output its own NTSC video and line level audio signals. This means that you can plug the output cable into any home VCR, TV, A/V Transmitter, Digital or HI8 Mini Video Recorder Pak or even use the video camcorder you already own, to record on!
