I love what the jacket does for me, and (had a previous separate order) the RW pants and jackets really have given me range (I'm a big guy, fall FAST). My problem was delivery. I did not use the rush order because I had over two months before I needed the jacket. At about the two month mark I contacted them and asked how soon the jacket would be ready. Was given an estimate of two weeks. Three weeks later I contacted to find out if the order was ready. I was told "it's sitting at my feet and will ship today". I communicated if that was the case, I would delay a planned trip so I could pick up the jacket on Friday (shipping by UPS is three days from drop-off) and train with it over the weekend. It never showed. I called the company on Friday, Monday, and Tuesday with no answer or call back. The item arrived the following Friday showing a ship date on Tuesday. Although not as extreme, I had similar problems when I ordered my RW suit the previous year. NEVER AGAIN. I'm buying another suit now, and I wouldn't even think of using their products again.

Bought the camera jacket to film tandems and rw and I cannot be any more pleased that I am now. The wings are perfect and has a very wide range on them. I also got the freefly pants to go along with the jacket so I would not have to take the entire suit off and on all day. Just removing the jacket makes things so much easier. Very fast delivery on the entire setup. 18 days from order to doorstep. Very happy with the customer support.
