wmw999 2,351 #1 Posted April 12, 2022 So it’s always been Bev, but now she’s done. I’ve heard about Michigan, Tony and Vertical suits. Who else, or recommendations? Thanks Wendy P.
TheBachelor 5 #2 April 13, 2022 I've had 2 Bev suits, and 3 Michigan suits. The Michigan suits were very low maintenance. It seemed that I was regularly patching/sewing the booties on the Bev suit. I think I got 1000 jumps out of my Michigan suit before having to replace the elastic under the bootie. I've had to do nothing else. I'd buy another Michigan in a second.
kleggo 144 #3 April 19, 2022 this is the problem with being "mature" and having your usual vendors age-out or retire.
wolfriverjoe 1,486 #4 April 20, 2022 I'm a fan of Tony. Was given a Tony RW suit, and jumped it until it an upper arm panel split. Which took a while. And it was pretty beat up when I got it. Ended up 'inheriting' a very similar one from the 'student rack' at the old DZ when it shut down. Trying very hard to jump it until it disintegrates, but it's holding up well. Got a Tony suit (hybrid? No booties, no grippers) off the rack at Summerfest a while back. Fit perfect and was discounted. It's starting to show wear, but should last a while longer. wmw999 2,351 #5 April 20, 2022 He went with Tony; he knows more people with Tony suits, and that’s a good thing to him. Mine is still good for a couple more years at least, as long as I can still sew repairs on it Wendy P.

Travman 6 #8 May 5, 2022 Joey Jones who worked closely on the development of the Bev RW Suit is now working with Vertical on their RW suit. PM me if you want me to put you in touch with him.

rdufokker 6 #10 May 23, 2022 I've had 3 Michigan suits over a few decades. My second one is almost 20 years old and is still in good shape. Plus Mike is a standup guy and been in the sport for decades.
