Greenpeace power parachutist has awkward landing in soccer stadium

the first article I read on this sounded like a conventional skydiver jumped into the stadium, but the picture showed a paraglider canopy. This article says it was a powered parachute that wasn't supposed to land in the stadium at all, but clipped a wire. (so barely skydive related)
