Nick replied to skyguy78's topic in Speakers Corner
The title says celeb not twat I hope your not showing somebody who has served his country any disrespect;) Depends on what is defined as "Famous Celebrities", but the current Miss England, Katrina Hodge is currently serving. Nick Gravity- It's not just a good idea, it's the LAW! -

***This dysfunctional excuse of a civilized society only exists though their never-ending theft of technology from the US and other countries.*** What about all the technology that the US has stolen from other countries? And don't forget, China isn't the only country to execute those with a mental illness http://www.deathpenalty.org/article.php?id=53. Nick Gravity- It's not just a good idea, it's the LAW!

Woopy Jump: Mixing skiing & parachuting

Try http://www.speedriding-school.com/speedflying-school.html. Gave it a go once on my first ski trip but didn't have enough ski experience to get it to work, normally people would have 6 years ski experience, not the 6 days I had. But looks great fun, maybe i'll give it a go in 5 years. Nick Nick Gravity- It's not just a good idea, it's the LAW! -
I used a protrack in my Z1 and it was pretty consistent on 114mph, a team mate with a protrack in an Oxygen used to get 117mph. Your speed sounds good but having a speed that is comfortable for all of you is best. Nick Gravity- It's not just a good idea, it's the LAW!

That works out to be 119mph, seams like a totally reasonable speed, however it's more important that you are all falling together at the same speed. In this you should also consider what you are using to measure that speed and where it is placed, the differences can be great between a Protrack in a helmet, or a Neptune on a wrist etc. Nick Gravity- It's not just a good idea, it's the LAW!

Have had my Protrack for about 6 years and 900 jumps, never had a problem with anything (and sure many people have had theirs for longer without any problems), maybe I'm just not as ham fisted as some people Have heard a story of somebody taking the piss by saying they lost a Protrack that never existed and L&B sending them one for free. I was talking about Europe as a whole, think that while most in France comes from nuclear but a lot of the rest of EU (UK, Germany, Poland etc.) use coal (both lignite and anthracite) Few decades ago most of the west wanted Russia to move away from communism and socialism (and therefore into capitalism), and that's just what we're seeing, and with this particular issue as normal we're only seeing one side of the reporting BTW Privit Nick Gravity- It's not just a good idea, it's the LAW!

Do you have a source for this, I thought most of our electricity was from coal. Nick Gravity- It's not just a good idea, it's the LAW!

All depends which news reports you read, according to some Gazprom having been pumping enough gas for EU needs but the Ukraine have been taking it for themselves (despite being offered a price much lower than EU pay). Could be said that the Ukraine have been taking the piss!!! Perhaps we should let them have some of our gas for free!! Nick Gravity- It's not just a good idea, it's the LAW!

Like I said, open another thread already, rather than pissing in every other one. People in Boston sending money really isn't the same as the Taliban, who ruled over the nation in question. I doubt that Washington was happily supporting the IRA against one of their closest allies. This thread is about negotiating with terrorists which the POTUS supported in Ireland which has helped stop the IRA terrorising the people of a nation, so it sounds pretty valid;-) Nick Gravity- It's not just a good idea, it's the LAW!

Your have to remember that "one mans terrorist is another mans freedom fighter", just a shame that so many people forget that it works the other way round, "one mans freedom fighter is another mans terrorist". Nick Gravity- It's not just a good idea, it's the LAW!

Looks like it helped in Northern Ireland, so why not give it a go. Think the POTUS at the time helped out there so you guys have some experience Nick Gravity- It's not just a good idea, it's the LAW!
