I have been trying to get ahold of you for awhile, can you give me a call at 760-718-8641 or email me at [email protected] concerning a retractable pilot chute. Thanks, Glenn Lodge

Having made hundreds of round jumps and learned from the begining the value of a good PLF (Which I may add is missing from many of todays first jump cources) in order to say you jumped a round you should have landed it! With a little practice you might even learn to stand it up as many jumpers have and I don't just mean military jumpers. Talk to some of the older jumpers out there. If this was a goal of yours it was only a novelty not a true static line jump. You missed out by doing what you did. And by the way when you cut away next time tuck your knees back before you cut away and you will fall over on your belly before you pull. Yes some of us have done intentional cut aways. Glenn

Hungarian chick, some good info has been posted on this thread so far. There are a couple of things that have not been said. When I was learning to belly fly heel clicks were taught to me as a way to make sure my legs were on the same level. As you can't see your legs while in an RW stable position you can click your heels together insuring they are relative to each other. This can be practiced on the ground very effectively. The other thing that can help you with the whole jump is to visualize the jump from start to finish. This is a good habit to get into especially after you go on to more complicated dives. After you dirt dive your next jump and get into the plane close your eyes and mentally complete the jump as you ride to altitude. Break it down into each part and go over it in your mind. Before you get into position to exit take several deep breaths and let them out slowly to relax. The will help you to destress the dive. Remember to have fun, the road to success is somtimes bumpy. You will succeed. Blue Skies and keep jumping, Glenn in Alaska

Any DZ that puts itself in trouble with the FAA be it physical maintenance, paperwork or illegal flights is doing a disservice to skydivers jumping there. Maybe a life threatening disservice. Glenn

I have my gear listed for sale in the classifieds and have recieved some offers from Russia. They asked to pay me by credit card but I refused. Has anyone had any experience selling gear to people from Russia? Itold them that I would only accept payment by PayPal or money order. any help or info would surly be appreciated.
