Its not the Lodi it was 10 years ago. $10/3k & $25/10k unless theres tandem on the load then its 12k. $150/tandem and $30 of that for the TI. Bunk house is still there but no longer $10/night. Couple turtles in the pond now. swooping isnt back on but ya know bills in the plane if ur under canopy. I did a 4 way angle there in April or May. Word on the street is the DZ or whats left of it is for sale but don't quote me. Really its been like this for a couple of years, but perhaps no one told the legendary jaybyrd.

Someone once tried convincing me that SL BASE jumps werent BASE jumps and that SL skydives isn’t considered skydiving its Parachuting. So technically one could have heaps of SL skydives and SL BASE jumps but still not be a considered a skydiver or BASE jumper.

Just heard that Colorado Mountain skydiving and out of the blue skydiving In Colorado have both closed down.

Bay area skydiving has a bunkhouse bathroom and kitchen like area and will hire pretty much anyone at least once or twice. Same with Lodi. good luck!

I would work to replace the FAA flight physical with something more reasonable.” What are some of the options for replacing the class 3 medical? Perhaps there’s just always been a shortage but if thats not the case, when did the national shortage of TIs start? Is there an international shortage?
