I think it was three different dates.... three sets of questions/answers spread over about a week................. I will look it up. Do you want a copy of the whole thing? Glad to share it .... I may have given Chaucer a copy years ago ???

Part66

Thanks G... in light of the physical evidence of the Ticket leaving Portland and the agency not having control of the Ticket for more than a week, is what is being claimed in Part 66 as the response by the Portland field office on the night of the event puffery?

In all fairness, all of us are guilty a time or two or more of some puffery to cove an occupational oversight, this is purely conjecture and 100% Monday morning quarterback thinking on my part.

what are you referring to ? what puffery in Part 66 ?

302s help bring new agents up to speed. I know one agent who joined the Cooper case in the Portland office two+ years after the event - he was given an armload of 302s and notes to digest. So 302s are generally taken seriously... for example this Agent remembers a boatload of paper work generated by Agents and area LE canvassing the Portland and Vancouver area as far north as Woodland trying to uncover any contact a 'stranger' might have had with anyone after landing ... the people out looking for Cooper or any sign of him included members of the public who were phoning in tips and suggestions ........... the whole mass of this paper work did not include even a hint of anyone interacting or noticing a 'stranger' including hobos in hobo camps along the rail line northside of Vancouver ........ 'Cooper just vanished, somehow'. !   Some people took this to mean 'Cooper is dead somewhere...'

Years later that Agent is involved excavating at Tena Bar.

Georger, I am actually surprised that you would finally reveal something like the above!

Is there anything else you would like to get off your mind?

Back to basics -

How did the airport parking lot operate at the Portland Airport where Cooper arrived and purchased his ticket? Could a car be stored there or nearby for several days then picked up and driven away a day later, without anyone noticing or any human interaction?

Likewise, how did the bus system operate? Did the FBI interview any of the people involved in these systems ?

The ticket did not come under the control of the Portland office even though it was known by 7pm passenger Dan Cooper was the hijacker.

How much do we read into one particle ? It's interesting because of the Titanium link that already exists from the other particles on the tie, as well as that this partical supposedly only comes from this one place.  So the implication is that it is rare and wouldn't be something that can be picked up unless you were in this specific area or were sourcing it from there to your labratory.

I imagine you guys are looking into what companies may have experimented and worked with this rock/ore.  It will be interesting to see if it can be linked to RemCru etc.

There are similar rock types by other names around the world, for example in Sweden.

Once again, it is impossible to know what Ulis' latest press release means. I guess it means what Ulis is saying it means, or not, whatever that means.

What happened to the portion of the money that went to Royal Globe/Indemnity  insurance post money find? It’s been a Vortex sub mystery for years but we may finally have an answer! I just spoke to the son of a Royal Globe/Indemnity  employee who inherited this Cooper bill that was gifted to his now deceased father by the company. It appears in true vortex fashion that they gave them away to employees as gifts and there should be more examples out there.

Oh my God!  GREAT WORK TRACING THIS!  WOW.  CONGRATS!! :x

Would/could the gentleman appear at Cooper Con with his story?

Somebody should let attorney Jack Pringle, know abut this if he's still alive. Jack was the the attorney for Globe at Portland. I am sure he would love to talk to the person!  Jack never knew what happened to the money once he sent it off by registered mail, return receipt. He got the signed receipt back from Globe but never heard another word and made no further inquiries ... this brings the history full circle.

Congrats Nick. Great work!

I wonder if Jack Pringle was the one who was there that day when the money was divided. According to Brian, they divided the money up at the FBI office in Portland. He and his dad showed up there in 1986 and all of the money was placed out on a large conference table. A coin was flipped between Dwayne and a guy representing Royal Globe. Dwayne won, so he got to choose first. Then the Royal guy got to choose and so forth and so on, back and forth, until it was just scraps. Brian said the guy from Royal was frustrated because of how long Dwayne was taking. Dwayne was smart about it and wanted the ones with the most legible serial numbers. He said the guy from Royal was just grabbing whichever ones and not examining them in too much detail.

So I'm guessing that must have been Pringle doing that if he's the one who had custody of the money and sent it off by mail.

Yes, it was atty Jack Pringle that represented Globe, collected Cooper money for them, and sent it off to Globe at New York City via Registered return receipt mail. His office was in Portland.

Ive posted about this before ...

I have no idea if he is still living . . . this Pringle is NOT to be confused with an FBI agent by the same name who worked on the Cooper case in Seattle ...

@olemisscub I have a suggestion for one of your shorter video's. Can you make one about the destroyed cigarette butts and the missing hair slide? The missing hair slide in particular is the perfect subject for an interesting video.

good idea....

I feel strongly that whoever owned the tie left behind on the plane was a metallurgist and had some prior parachuting activity.  I'm casting a wide net but here's some base level info on a group of men that pass (mostly) intial requirements; metallurgist, army airborne, appropriate age, appropriate height, appropriate complexion.  I'm mostly just passing this along for anyone bored with their regular Cooper programing and wants to vet these further.
